Custom HR ERP Systems – Designed & Delivered with Oracle APEX

Overview

A mid-sized enterprise was struggling with fragmented HR tools, spreadsheets, and manual processes that hindered efficiency and data accuracy. To address this, we designed and developed a custom ERP web application using Oracle APEX, tailored specifically for HR operations. The system unified all core HR functions—payroll, leave management, travel tracking, performance evaluation, and more—into a secure and scalable web-based platform that seamlessly integrates with their existing Oracle infrastructure.
